Product Details
One of the most intriguing motifs used to decorate porcelain during the Ming dynasty is the bagua, or eight trigrams. The ancient symbols represent positive and negative energy " yin and yang " and to this day are used to effect feng shui cures in the home. The trigrams are featured in relief on all four sides of this hand-poured, hand-painted, and hand-finished decorative porcelain vase crafted by Chinese artisans. Resting on a short circular foot, each white porcelain vase has a tapered neck with a lipped rim and is finished in a clear glaze. Display both large and small vases together for balance and visual impact.
